Al-Kbous Water
Website and app for selling and delivering natural drinking water for Al-Kbous Group — includes an integrated electronic ordering system with an interactive delivery map and an administrative dashboard.
Problem & Context
Al-Kbous water delivery company relied on a centralized phone-based ordering system, causing: (1) massive call center pressure, (2) address recording errors, (3) inability for customers to track orders, (4) difficulty managing delivery fleet and route optimization.
Our Solution
We built a three-interface system: (1) customer app for ordering and tracking on map, (2) driver app for managing orders and navigation, (3) web admin dashboard for operations monitoring and analytics.
Architecture
Flutter cross-platform app for iOS and Android with Node.js backend and MongoDB database. Uses Google Maps APIs for maps and routing, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push notifications, and WebSocket for live tracking.
Security & Performance
(1) Phone number + OTP authentication, (2) Data encryption in transit and at rest, (3) Role-based access (customer, driver, admin), (4) Full audit trail for all operations.
