Problem & Context

The tailoring workshop faced: (1) manual order management with difficulty tracking production stages from measurement to delivery, (2) no unified chart of accounts for tracking debit and credit entries, (3) difficulty calculating daily cost per tailor and cost per model accurately, (4) loss of supplier and client records and previous transaction details.

Our Solution

We built TailorApp Pro for workshop management including: (1) comprehensive chart of accounts tracking every debit and credit entry, (2) supplier and client accounts with detailed account statements, (3) operations inventory with financial inventory tracking, (4) daily tailor cost tracking by work stages, (5) cost summary by model for analyzing profit margin per design, (6) completed operations register and tailor task register.

Architecture

Web application built with Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Professional accounting interface with interactive data tables and full Arabic (RTL) support. Main dashboard displaying account summaries and inventory with export capabilities.

Security & Performance

Role-based access (manager, accountant, tailor), financial data encryption, audit trail for all account modifications, and automated daily backups.
